ORDER INFORMATION

Phicen Nordic is part of Morsiushelmi Ltd. (VAT code FI31155929, Mannerheimintie 25 LH 5 B 00250 Helsinki, FINLAND, tel. +358 40 1603063) and Atelier Tea-o-rama. Morsiushelmi Ltd. is official TBLeague importer and retailer. Morsiushelmi Ltd. keeps rights to change these terms without further notice.


Payment

We use Klarna (including PayPal) as payment intermediary. You can pay with the card of your liking or with cash when pickin up your order from our store or from event. (Always contact the customer service about pickups)


Shipping fees

You can choose shipping method and company you prefer at the cashier. Inside Finland we recommend Posti and Matkahuolto. You see different shipping fees after you have put your address and then you can choose the one you find most suitable. The chosen method and contents of your order affect directly to shipping fees.

Picking up your order from the store of for event we are participating in goes for free. Remember to contact customer service so we can put your order ready for you!


Shipping times

Estimate of shipping time is mentioned in product information. We take 1-3 days to put your order ready and shipping time is 5-7 days in Finland and Nordic countries. The times can change according to certain products and with chosen shipping method. We let you know if there´s significant exceptions in shipping times


Returns and changes

According to Finnish customer protection law everything bought from our webshop has 14 days time for change and returns. Time is counted from the day you receive your order so you have good time to check everything is in order. Since selling value is tied to products condition we ask you to treat it with extreme care. We won´t take back products with clear signs of use (fingerprints, stains, dirt, cuts, other signs of carelessness use, overbend joints) or poorly packaged items. Product needs to be returned in its undamaged original packaging.

Damage due to careless use or mistreatment are not reasons for return or change of product. For example hand joint is pulled horizontally and joint comes off. 

Make sure you have both right size and matching colour with body and head before placing an order. Remember to read product informations with care! If you feel unsure about matching contact customer service and we´ll help you with it.

If you get mismatch with head sculpt and body by accident you have right to change unused products in their original package to more suitable one. We always colourcheck heads and bodies and small diffirences with them are acceptable. There´s no right to terminate the trade due to color diffirences.

Always contact customer service before returning anything. You get information how and when to return. Returning fees are customers responsibility. If there´s fault in product, returning fees are Phicen Nordic´s responsibility. We don´t compensate shipping fees if there´s no contact to customer service first and customer doesn´t follow the given protocol. Returns must be at our store within 14 days.
